About Us


The Heritage Arts and Youth Education Cultural and Financial Empowerment (HAYE CAFE) is a community-driven organization dedicated to inspiring creativity, strengthening financial knowledge, and expanding opportunities for youth and families in Mount Vernon, NY. Our mission is to provide a safe, innovative, and culturally rich space where residents can learn new skills, express their talents, explore emerging technologies, and build pathways to economic independence.


By integrating modern tools—including artificial intelligence—into our café, art gallery, recording studios, podcast room, and technology lab, we blend culture, education, and entrepreneurship under one roof. AI is used to support creative projects, enhance digital learning, introduce youth to future-ready careers, and make technology more accessible to the entire community.


We offer programs in computer literacy, financial literacy, stock-market basics, AI awareness and applications, digital media production, and cultural enrichment for youth and adults. Our services empower participants with real-world skills—from hands-on technology training and responsible AI usage to creative expression through art, music, and multimedia. We serve a diverse community, including young adults, emerging artists, small business owners, and families seeking educational and economic advancement.


The impact of our work is seen in increased financial confidence, expanded career and technology pathways, youth development, and stronger community engagement. Every donation helps us expand our programs, integrate new AI learning tools, provide scholarships, and maintain a vibrant space where creativity and opportunity thrive.
